The region boasts more than 330 miles of scenic trails for biking, running and hiking, and more than 125 parks with amenities such as tennis courts, skate parks, picnic facilities and illuminated athletic fields. The region is home to Lory State Park, Boyd Lake State Park, Roosevelt National Forest, and the wild and scenic Cache la Poudre River. With no shortage of rivers, reservoirs and lakes in the area, fly-fishing, swimming and boating are also easily accessible.
